Welcome to myoyku.com. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within the timeframe and conditions below.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility (Return Conditions)
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In original condition with all original tags attached
• Returned in original packaging (when applicable)
• Free from perfume, deodorant marks, makeup stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or sent back to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Final sale / clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags
• Hygiene-sensitive items (such as intimates/swimwear) if applicable
How to Request a Return
Email us at info@myoyku.com with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to return
• The reason for return
We will reply with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged / Wrong Item
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
• The item
• The issue/damage
• The packaging and shipping label
We will arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item/size, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).
