Estimated delivery (United States): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or remote areas.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
8) RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility conditions (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, original condition).
Final sale/clearance items are not eligible for return.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
