After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5 - 10 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order ships containing your tracking number(s). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned, or lost. If a package is returned due to an address issue or failed delivery attempts, we may offer reshipping (additional fees may apply) or a refund of the item cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders (if available), myoyku.com is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label. We will work with you to resolve the issue according to the carrier’s claim process and supplier policies.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with household members, neighbors, building reception, or your local carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we will assist.
